Voting non-ABS; I like being in control! Especially as a newer rider, I'd rather have non-ABS brakes for the same reason I don't want a fancy dual clutch semi auto transmission; when I decided I wanted to ride, I wanted to be able to ride anything, and not rely on it having some fancy tech to make things "easier"
ABS is good, it's a no-brainer. How hard is it for the average rider or even the expert to NOT lock the front wheel on WET asphalt?

The CB1100EX is my first bike with (non-combined) ABS. I hope I'll never need it. It's presence gives me a warm fuzzy feeling having made a possibly life-saving investment.
