I'm sorry if my previous recommendation of them caused you to make a bad purchase, Mickey. 
However, I used them for over 500 miles before they started catching on the clutch lever. Always had a problem with the turn signals and said as much. I hope you can find a use for them someplace.
(Oh my goodness....I just realized the problem...the 500 miles I rode using the mitts was BEFORE I installed the RLETs! I think they may grab the fabric whereas the bare lever end would slide over it! Have I discovered a negative attribute to the beloved RLETs??)
