Getting that kind of power from an air-cooled motor like the CB1100 would require extensive changes internally, higher compression pistons, larger valves and different cams. In the end you would have a motor that was still no match for a modern water cooled sport bike in HP and would not meet EPA emission standards. I doubt the CB1100 will satisfy your needs.
