yes, but the side struts are at a different angle so the 13 seat on the deluxe will show a gap at the rear of the seat to the struts and putting a deluxe seat on a STD 13 or 14 will be tight and touching at the rear of the struts..You will need to lower the struts on a STD with some additional brackets to make a Deluxe seat fit perfect...
