When we had a Acc. store we carried several brands of after market coolants, all for motorcycles ATVs and off road bikes. They did make difference , Engine Ice worked very well in ATVs and off road race bikes. Some street bikes are touchy about the silicate thing and some aren't . Up here some road race courses make the racers run water mixed with a additive so as not to get coolant on the track. I have heard of bad things happening when
