The bike tops out @ 140MPH with wind resistance. To get the most power you want to max out speed in 4th gear. On the 13 model which is almost identical due to the different rear sprocket on the 6 speed you want to go up 1 in front and down 2 in back. This will put you @ 1st 60, 2nd 100, 3rd 127, and you'll max out fourth @ 140+ before you redline. On a tight track stock gearing may be better but on a long track this set up will get you to top speed much quicker due to a lower gear ratio of being in fourth instead of 5th or 6th if you decide to go the other way with gearing.

Edit: Kev, Check out post # 25 in the link below. Gives you a good comparison between gearing 0-100. You will not lose a step off the line and be able to stay in your power gears 2nd and 3rd longer.
