I went one size up in front to a 120 Pilot Road 3. No regrets and I think Revzilla still lists that size on their site.

I also changed to Michelin Pilot Road 3 tires with a 160 width rear and 120 width front and love the results. Much, much better than my stock tires, but they had some major flat spots when I got rid of them!
