They should fit. The radius on the rear will be about 1/2 inch greater. Just check the clearance on your stock tire to verify that you've got the room. I don't think there will be any issues. Assuming you'll be using the 110/80-18 on the front, that matches the stock size, so you're good.
I put these Scorpions on my CB750 several years ago for a mega camping / roadtrip. They worked great on dirt/gravel forest service roads. Totally eliminated that slippery feeling you get when using street tires on unpaved back roads.
