To my eye, the best looking 4-into-2 (or 4-into-4 for that matter) exhausts are those offered by Moriwaki Engineering. Not cheep, and no double-walled construction, but I consider their offerings to be most attractive of any of the options that I've seen and you know exactly what the materials are throughout.
