Dave, you're most welcome. I hope the issue is only a faulty battery, and if not, time to look into replacing the IACV motor.
When you change the battery, it might be worth it to fully reset the bike by holding down the brake lever for several seconds with the battery disconnected. This may help when reconnecting the new battery and getting the ECU back to a reset state.
