HI Dave, sorry to hear the EOT sensor fix did not work in your case. Going to the dealer may allow them to run tests and pull codes from the ECM, helping with the troubleshooting process. While the IACV may sound like it is cycling normally, the motor could still be sending bad data to the ECM.
Talk to the dealer and perhaps they will run the codes for you at no charge. This is a documented issue with the CB1100 and they can reference my case (Central FL Powersports in Kissimmee, FL, dated Oct 24 2016, tech name Jimmy Le) for further details.
