Just had my Honda blank cut at a locksmith recommended by the local Honda dealer. Apparently it is not impossible to fry the HISS module if too much heat gets transferred up the shank.

Key was cut by duplication I presume as it only took about 30 secs. Works fine in both ignition and fuel cap.

Just need it programmed now, about £100 apparently. Dealers huh? Gotta love 'em!
