I don't know if it really had anything to do with installing a screen, except maybe it just let us hear it. Acting like a reflector or something. Or maybe he has a different buzz (no pun intended Smile . I wouldn't go so far as to say it's RC1 related. I had a Puig Plus before my RC1 and the noise started after I mounted the Puig. It's a fairly tight fit in the headlight she'll for the connectors when the light it mounted in it.

Mine didn't buzz for a long time, then started. Someone mentioned the connectors vibrating might be it so I just happened to be the first to try the wrap job. Worked for a few of us. And an easy to try fix.
