Here is a pic of my 2013 headlight shell

Notice on the bottom that the red accessory connector just lays on the shell and can vibrate. Also notice at the top, on the bottom back of the bundle also touch the shell. This may be the buzzing.
So here is what I did

I wrapped some foam around the accessory connector, and around the wire bundle at the top. Don't know if it eliminated the buzzing, but it can't hurt.
Now I have to go put the headlight and flyscreen back on.
Yes, I just taped the top and I know it will end up coming off from age and heat, but is easy to redo and the foam is not going anywhere.
