Just put a new DID chain on my 2013 , did not look as bad as the one on my 2014 (more miles on the 2013 ! ) I have to do a better job of cleaning and oiling. Will from now onward clean with kerosene and after drying it use 80/90 gear oil ; putting it on with rag soaked in the oil . Will be messy but should be able to get the oil on the outside AND the inside plates. Spraying with the wax was not as good as hoped but probably my own fault .
