When I was younger, I used to love going to my local bike shops, Most were single brand outfits with very knowledgeable folks who were willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Nowadays, I dread going into any of them. Most of the folks who work there know jack chit and are too preoccupied with their phones to care if you need help. And as for HD, they are the worst. Their shops have become like theme parks, and most of them in my area are now owned by car dealers.......

I get all of my parts and service items pretty much from Revzilla and Partzilla nowadays. RIP customer service.
