Stopped by my dealer as well today, mine has been pushed up from March 29 to march 24

I went to see my dealer today in San Diego. He told me the 2014 DLX I ordered would be shipped from the warehouse on April 7th, and it would be a week after that before it would be ready for me to pick up. Not sure why it would take so long to assemble and prep.

That's a long time. Last time I bought a bike in the crate it took 'em about 2 hrs. to get it unpacked and ready for the road.

It's ironic that a you get closer to the big day, each day seems to last another hour or two longer than the day before it.

I suspect they have a limited crew with other machines that are ahead of it that need to be put together.

is it just me or does that front tire look fat and almost knobby.. and is the front fender shorter than ours?

checking the photo on the above website the new black std model has the huge out of place horn and emergency flasher buttons on the handle bar switches, also the right front master cylinder brake hose on this model is misrouted by the dealer. figures.
