I ordered a set of custom painted side covers from Webike about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing from them since they took my PayPal money that same day. Anyone else have this long a wait time with this company? Do they send my order to the place they get the covers painted and then have to wait for them to paint them and get back to them or what. I've never ordered from them or any Japanese company and was wondering how they do business.

I have placed two separate orders from webike for my clear turn lenses and clear LED taillight both were processed and shipped same day from Japan to Alaska in in three days! I was very suprise and impressed with both my orders tracking and fast shipping! living in alaska I order alot of products and parts online from all over the country and it usually takes 5-10 days

If you ordered the Force Design covers, they're built and painted on order. When I ordered mine from Samurider, it took about two weeks for him to get them from Force Design.

I bought a Daytona rack from webike and it arrived in Australia remarkably quickly.

My Force Design covers from Samurider took about two weeks to ship because they had to be painted at the factory. They don't keep painted ones in stock.

Dont worry it will be comming. Like others said made to order and wait to be painted. Ive ordered several items from them without any problems.

I've only ordered once but they were quick to ship and responsive to emails. Like others said it will depend on the parts.

Thanks guys. That's all I needed to hear. I did order the Force Design side covers so maybe within another week I'll get an email saying that they shipped. It's been exactly 2 weeks so far.

The other thing to remember is the time difference in getting emails back. I think the guys at Webike are also not as fluent in English as Samurider.
