The CB1100 is a great all around bike which is easy to handle with no real surprises. It's a great platform to work with and a comfortable ride. The CB will not overwhelm you. I've been riding for 28 years and well over 20 bikes. Probable have ridin somewhere between 150 to 200k miles or more. I'm used to all types of bike sizes, weights and power. All comes down to good fundamentals, situational awareness, control, patience and common sense. You will love your CB1100.
