Long story short: I bought my 13 (cb1100) from a kid who was down and out and needed the cash, I paid retail for it, I have added things rear rack crash bars windshield etc, and I like the ride and power but it's like driving a enduro compared to my cb900c., in the deal i felt so bad that i gave him my 1982 cb900c. I tracked him down and he still has the bike, he stripped it down and kept all the parts, He wants $1000.00 for it which is a fair price but now that i want my old bike back that i gave away it's gonna cost me 1k. I don't know what to do.

Well, if he's still down and out and you really want the bike back and you can afford it, rack up a few forward karma points and pay the money.
If you feel resentful about it or think he's being a jerk, find another bike.

Buy the bike or don't, but don't let any regret you may have about the first transaction influence the second.

It sounds like you have the money to help the young man out and seem to want to do so, so go ahead.
Still not sure what you mean by an enduro bike -- even after googling "enduro bike".

An enduro bike is another name for a dirt bike, which the CB definitely isn't. What it is is a throwback to the old UJM.

We've had others insist it's a sport bike, so whether folks think it's a roadster, a cruiser, a standard, a tourer, a sport bike or an enduro, I think we're defining UJM. All I know is it puts a smile on my face!

Dang shouldn't have given him that bike on top of paying retail for his old bike.
