Hey! What about me? I have really narrow feet. Hard to find boots that fit. I usually find something that I can put an orthotic into to take up some room, but never really get a good fit. Currently wearing Rockport lace-up. Would rather have something that zips and is easy on and off. Narrow 13 is hard to find.

And I've got really short, wide feet with very high insteps. It's damned hard to find a boot that's comfortable. Currently wearing RJays TourAM boots and pretty happy with them.

I wear Alpinestar Soho boots. They were a customer return when we
had our store. They are the nicest most comfortable boot I have ever
had. I don't think Alpinestar makes them anymore. Unlike most they
are great to walk in.
We used to sell Sidi , Alpinestar and many more over the 15 years
we were in business.[/img]

If you're looking for a warm-weather boot, consider the Sidi Fusion Air. I hate hot, sweaty feet, and these boots are the cure. You can really feel the air through them at speed.

They are not waterproof (obviously), so I got a set of full sole rain-covers to use over them when the monsoon season returns.

Each to his own of course but, when I took the MN Motorcycle Safety Course about 10 years ago, I remember the instructor telling the class that, in his opinion, spending hundreds of dollars on a pair of boots specific to riding a motorcycle was silly and unnecessary. His recommendation was to simply buy a pair of quality heavy-soled leather boots that at least covered the ankle. This is exactly what I've been doing ever since and have yet to regret it. *knock on wood*

Currently I'm wearing a pair of Red Wings that I just got a couple weeks ago -

They're as comfortable as anything I've ever worn and the slip resistant soles, water resistant lining and safety toe work well with the brewery environment that I work in every day. Hopefully they'll be great for the upcoming riding season as well.

boots have come a long way in 10 years....again, I would ask, in a wreck, which boot would you want to have on?
Disclaimer, I did just order a Redwing 6" black boot when I am willing to go with less safety and different style than my Dainese provide.

Hiker if I get to choose...when Im in a wreck I'd rather be in my truck with 10 air bags rather than on my motorcycle Thumbs Up
