Yes they have to come off but it's really not hard.

Your bike looks great, Rob! How do those bar end mirrors compare to the Hakofugu mirrors?

I love them. They clean up the bike and are well built. The Hakofugus are top quality, too. Just decided on a more cafe look. The Hakofugus will probably be for sale soon.

I have some of the Hakofugu mirrors, and love the way they look on the bike, but they vibrate pretty badly between 3500 and 5000 rpm. The left one constantly needs to be adjusted. It just won't stay in place. I've gone back to the stock mirrors temporarily. I'd love to find a nice bar end mirror that didn't move out of place or vibrate.
