S W Motech Risers

Sparky's CB got new S W Motech risers installed yesterday. Very simple install that only required cutting the right side plastic tie on the wiring cable. She now has a more upright position at the bars. So far, new seat, risers, highway pegs next (on order from Revzilla).

Sparky's getting her bike decked out isn't she? she must like it.

How does she compare it to her old VStrom?

How does she compare it to her old VStrom?

Sometimes I think she would like to swap the CB motor into a V-strom frame, LOL. The new seat was mandatory as she hated the stock seat (I find the stoc just fine). She really approves of the risers and wants the highway bars to complete the comfort mods as the Suzuki had more leg room. She loves the CB motor and the easy reach to the ground. At first she was put off a bit by the extra weight but adapted quickly and now praises the CB's handling and brakes, especially the brakes. The V-strom has weak brakes, it's only glaring flaw.

It's from Harbor Freight. Paid $300 for it 5 years ago and worth every penny.

Nice redbirds. And Sparky. Glad you’re enjoying the bike.

Just recently got a 2014 CB1100 DLX and looking at the SW Motech riser that you put on your bike. Was wondering if you know what the model number or SKU number was of which one your ordered? I was looking at the TwistedThrottle.com site.

Thanks!
