Grip options

One of the very few things I dislike about my ‘17 cb1100 are the grips. After 30 minutes or so on the bike, my hands get numb from vibration. I do wear fairly thin gloves, so this may be the issue .Any opinions on decent vibration absorbing open end grip options? Thanks

Both hands or just throttle hand?
That was an issue on my V7II, but not the CB1100, up to 460 mile days.

The grips are smallish, but padded gloves may help.

These were comfortable for dual sports, but finger tips started to fray after a few thousand mikes.

I like my Grip Buddies

I was a big fan of Grip Puppies, which are considerably less expensive, but they turned the palms of my tan gloves black. Here's a link for them, though.

Tight gloves will also cramp your hands at the seam on the bottom of the thumb.

+1. For grip puppies! Also, I really like a Cramp Buster for the throttle hand. Both mods are under $20!

I agree, I have them on three bikes. I also wear gloves with gel palms.

I've had great luck with the foam add-ons that slide over the existing grips. Have them on both of my CBs and they're very comfortable on long rides.

I always wrap moto grips with foam bicycle handlebar wrap.
