You doing physical therapy?
I hurt my arm/shoulder at work 3 months ago. I've been going to PT for about 2 months. They work on those calcifying muscles by scraping them with a stainless steel bar. They don't really scrape them but drag this bar across them with some sort of lube. Feels weird but they say it breaks up those deposits. Its a slow process.

I’ll ask the doctor next week.
Everything I’ve read says trying to break it up or massage it will just make it worse. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Wow Josh, sorry to read about your crash. Hope the recovery goes without complication. Motorcycling, once in the blood, can be put aside for a while but it's often just a matter of time before it draws you back in ... maybe hang on to that CB.

Jimmie Dale Gilmore (a Texas musician) penned a song many years ago titled "Go To Sleep Alone". The gist of the song is that no matter what you say or what you do, at the end of the day you've got to go to sleep alone. Not in the physical sense, but rather in the emotional sense. No one else can get inside of our own minds with us. So whatever you do or think, as long as you can sleep with your own thoughts at the end of the day then you're doing okay.
I'm guessing that you're sleeping okay with this particular decision. That's the important thing. Hang in there Josh.
