Unplug rear blinkers or cut and run wires elsewhere?

Help! I want to put bulbs down lower on my fender license bracket and holes drilled and ready but not sure if while
Fender has to come off and remove wires from har eras or just clip and rewire from wherever?

Remove fender. There’s plenty of extra wire in there to move them down plus you won’t be able to unscrew them without removing fender anyway. I just swapped mine and had to do that plus cut and splice wiring because I didn’t want to wait for adaptors for plugs.
