You're right should have been standard. The missing part on the 1100. It completes the CB. I would just as soon ride w/o foot pegs as ride without RLET'S!

Why do we try to chrome (bling) out parts of our bikes, but cover up some of the the nice metal parts with rubber ding-dongs?! Why do I have the feeling if these came with RLETs, we'd all try to take them off? =)
