Ferret accident-minor

Cell phone use while driving and even sitting at a light is against the law here, but the way it's abused you would think the law says you must use a cell phone while driving and waiting in traffic
Hands-free use is OK though.

Wow. Thats my biggest fear, being hit from the rear at a stop light. I second what all are saying, Glad you're ok!

My biggest fear has always been someone crossing the centerline and hitting me head on.

In this instance I was maybe the 4th or 5th vehicle in the stopped line and there were another 4 or 5 behind me. Every one had been stopped in front and behind for quite a while (like 2 1/2 or 3 minutes). If the guy behind me had gassed it there could have been trouble, but he just rolled into me.

I could see an issue in a busy fast 4 lane intersection though as I have gone thru on yellow before thinking I should have actually stopped and looked in my mirror to see the 2 cars behind me maybe 2 and 4 car lengths back coming thru as well. THAT scares me. If I had actually stopped I think they would have run me over.

I dunno. Sounds like you may have shifted into reverse by accident
