These things seem like a hoot...just can't convince myself they're worth the 4 grand+ out of pocket for the limited use that I'd get out of one!

I've never seen anyone riding a Grom.
That Kawasaki is a blatant rip-off of Honda's design, except for the fact that they call it a "streetfighter." It has way too much plastic on it to be called that!

That is a good write-up. Funny, I've never seen a Grom on the road, and I thought they were discontinued, yet the article says they are a big seller. Must be a regional thing. I'd like to try one.

We have the "Grom Prix" at our local go cart (and also >=250cc bike) track. It's hilarious fun to participate in and even to watch.

The Grom has finally arrived down under. There's a good review of it in [url=http://amcn.com.au/editorial/believe-hype-australian-launch-honda-grom/]Australian Motorcycle News. Looks like the reviewers had a heck of a lot of fun.

It just now gets there right as the Kawasaki is coming out.

And yet the CB1100 got here first. Go figure.

Yeah, Grom just has "good times" all over it.
Have to check my local go-kart / flat track (125cc) place to see if they have a Grom class, would be a fun evening indeed. |
