My wife's first street bike was a KZ650. We rode that thing everywhere two up, swapping out pillion duty. That was 39 years ago when we were young and slim. It was a great bike that always got us home.

red, that's a striking bike, and also a lovely woman. I wonder what we'd think of the bike today, in that same condition, compared to what we've become accustomed to and now take for granted.

Having owned a KZ900 not that long ago, I can attest to a great forum dedicated to the KZs of that era. https://www.kzrider.com/
However, I don't recall it being as civil as this laid-back (compliment) forum. It's been 7 or 8 years since I was a member there. I just checked out the website.....certainly has changed a lot.
