2 into 2 exhaust
#1
Is it possible to install a 2 into 2 exhaust setup (seen on the DLX) model onto a standard 2014 model.. I bought the bike used and the last owner installed a Delkovich exhaust that I don’t like. I like my motorcycles quiet.

bvictory, it's been done. dUh! put a 4 into 2 of some sort onto his bike and someone else—I forget who—put a DLX exhaust onto a 2013. If I can find a moment, I'll try to search out some links for you.

Totally doable. Just need to correct the fueling.

Cool. Thanks for the info, I have a power commander on the bike. So, I should be able to get a new fuel map when I need it. I am holding off on spending money right now though.

The delkevich exhaust system isn’t in very good shape. Lots of scratches and issues with one of the connections that messes up the center stand stop on the exhaust. It is very poorly designed. The headers are bronze/Orange as well. I bought the bike about 3 months ago and it looks like the previous owner had the same problems with the pipe connection where it comes together underneath the engine crank case. The center stand stop rotated while I was riding back from Arizona and chain put a big groove in the center stand. I got that fixed and am having problems sealing the exhaust, the gasket Delekvich gives you is crap. So, I have a small leak at the connection. The think would be better if I could get the whole thing welded together. Just not up for the hassle of doing that right now. I would even go with a stock pipe but don’t want to spend the money right now.
