I did that thing where I leave my bike "On" because I was going to come right back outside and ride it somewhere but then got distracted.
It's dead. I've had it on a charger for a couple hours, and it's still less than 25%. Can anyone tell me how long it should it take a battery in a 14 standard CB to charge if on a 0.8A charger?

That stinks. Assuming it'll still hold a charge, if it has a 12 amp battery I suppose it'd take about 15 hours at 0.8 amps/hr. Or, maybe it's not that simple.

It should be pretty close to that simple. The only caveat is whether or not the battery was completely discharged. Some electrical systems will shut off when the battery voltage gets below a certain level (as will some smart batteries).
I've done this a few times over the decades and using my 1 amp charger, it usually took 10-12 hrs for a full recharge.

After leaving it for 12+ hours, we're up and running again. I think this was one of those "a watched pot never boils" type of thing.
Thanks for the input.

Good, but a deep discharged battery may never fully recover.
Be good to monitor battery voltage in the morning.
AGM should be 12.8, with key off.
12.7 something is OK
