The dealer with the best prices is Honda of Russellville, Arkansas. Last April I bought a Honda F6B from them for 17325 OTB! While there I mentioned I would be buying a CB1100 in about 6 months and they said they would work with me. If you will go to Ebay and search 2013 CB1100 you will find them listed, they mention bidding starts at 8999............give them a call and I think you might find it for sale at 8999. They are a great shop, I rode my Wing up there for trade in and they took some stuff off it and mounted on the F6 at no charge. I think the guy you want to talk to is Roger.............tell him the Wing/F6 guy from San Antonio sent you.

Thanks cbfan, that's good news. I was going to buy mine in Bartlesville but Russellville is probably about the same distance, since I live in eastern OK. I will definitely give them a chance. I appreciate the info.

For me it was well worth the 1500 mile roundtrip to get the F6 and I am pretty sure in September I will be doing the same trip to get the CB1100............and besides it's a nice ride in cooler months, that is why I am waiting till the fall.

I haven't looked at the map yet but I don't imagine it's over 100 miles one way for me. (!)

If Roger doesn't work with you ask for Wes. I bought mine from him for $8999 OTD. It was a 1100 mile roundtrip for me and well worth. I've also bought previous bikes from him including a 2012 Goldwing all at rock bottom pricing. One thing to note: If you're like me and do all your own servicing, then again it's a no brainer. However, if you have a good dealer with whom you have a great relationship, then I my advice is to work with them in order to have someone good to go to for service.
I own a Kendon trailer, so it's easy for me to go out of town and pick up a bike.

All of the Honda riders I know have done business with Bartlesville Cycle Sports in OK. With Russelville AR being only 150 miles away, it is only about 60 miles further to save $390 (and the Bartlesville price isn't too bad compared to list). I'm surprised these eastern OK Honda riders don't know about the AR dealer. With you guys traveling quite a distance to deal with them, they must have a widespread reputation.
I'll be ready to buy one in about two weeks. I'm hoping before then, there might be some word out about whether 2014 models will be available in black. If there is no word soon, I may break down and buy a red one and have it painted.
That would be OK (I don't care one way or another about the speckles) but I really like the silver wheels and engine on the factory black bikes. That black bike really does something for me plus, as I've mentioned before, my sidecar is black so I need a black bike. I'm sure if one of us hears something, they will post it.
