Tyke, sorry I mistook your price for Enzo's. You, indeed, got hosed. Does the paperwork you signed at the dealer indicate the model year? If it was misrepresented there, you have a case.

If they're still selling 2011s in 2014, it's no wonder Honda decided to stop importing the bike. I remember when Suzuki took a year off importing bikes to the US because they had such a backlog of inventory.

what does your bill of sale say is the year and model of your motorcycle? I assume they wrote up a contract when you bought it?

I assume they wrote up a contract when you bought it? of the 3 boxes on the official form (contract) that could be filled in, the only one used was "First Registered in NZ" and the appropriate year 2013 was filled in. This week is the week that I will be approaching the Consumer people as its 0918 in the morning on Monday here.

Apparently it is not uncommon for motorcycles in this country to have this problem according to the official I talked to the longest; I will await his reply with interest.
