We found a lot of curvy roads next door to you in Arkansas.
The Blue Ridge is special, as is Pacific Coast highway between San Luis Obispo and Oregon. Mulholland Drive just another overhyped curvy road IMO.

If you haven't already I'd recommend a trip down around Eureka Springs Arkansas. There's plenty of twisty mountain roads with great scenery in all directions, and Eureka is a good town to enjoy in it's own.
We held a CB gathering there last summer and everyone enjoyed the area.

"I spoke to a local who rides at night and he said they have feral pigs there and that hitting one at 100 MPH can ruin someones day"
Ummmm....wouldn't hitting a sparrow at 100mph ruin your day too?
