Hurricane Florence

The tail end of Florence passed by last night and was barely a whimper where I am, but the western tip of the province got some fairly heavy rains for a few hours, and then she was gone.
There was no wind to speak of and no reports of any problems from the rain as she moved away very quickly and didn't linger like down south. The flooding and utter devastation from the storm down there is mind boggling. So tragic; so many homes ruined; so many lives torn apart and lives lost.

I have more in-laws in Landenberg. That's a beautiful area in southern Chester County, I have some friends in the area. Have you ever been to The Whip Tavern? I work not too far from there in West Chester but I live up north of Phoenixville in Trappe, Montgomery County.
