how to nail your cb 1100 rear tire

At the Berea, Ky rally, someone came in with what looked like a huge screw imbedded in their tire. Can't remember whose bike that was SCCB rider's maybe?

edit it was Razor but SCCB rider spotted it. I new Kenny was involved somehow

I picked up a brad that didn't penetrate the inner carcass of my rear tire at the same rally. We were all standing around trying to decide whether to leave it or pull it an plug it. We got out the pliars and plug kits and proceeded to pull the nail and amazingly it never punctured the inner carcass.

That nail is square cut and looks like it might be hammer forged and could be from the 1800's.
They are very common in very, very old buildings around here.

well, i definitely did not go through one of those building things
but the darn nail thing are annoyingly common in our streets
