You folks have a way with place name. Oiy!

Nah - no dings, needs only a paint touchup on the leading edges of the tank. I like to keep my bike in good shape but I am not a slave to it's beauty.

Place names? I guess you saw that I passed through Wagga (bloody) Wagga!

Great post, Pterodactyl. I aim to get to NSW to do some of those rides someday. They look fantastic.

Is that an AirHawk seat on your bike? If so, are you happy with it and can you tell me what size it is as I'm very interested in getting one. I find the CB1100's seat very hard after a relatively short time.

Yep - label description says: fits item AH2, size M. I like that size but (pun intended) try others if able. I bought it in Adelaide after four days on the road from Sydney. With the correct inflation (just so the arse bones are in light contact with the seat) it is fantastic. If fitted correctly you can still "hang off".

I see it is a product of Belleville, IL, so thank you Uncle Sam - you have saved my arse Big Grin. If I plan to be on the road for more than 2 days on country roads I find it invaluable. I see you are from SEQ so you will be no stranger to the surfaces I mean.

Cheers

The best is a little town in central NSW named Goonoo Goonoo. Without resorting to any form of electronic (etc) help, have a go at a phonetic pronunciation. Warning - it defeats most Aussies!

Mods - please excuse some thread drift.

Cheers

Thanks for that, Pterodactyl. I'll treat myself to one soon. A bit of web searching suggests that one of the only retail outlets in Aus is not far from me so I might go and have a look.
