Living in southern Arizona, I ride 365 days/year. I split my time between the CB and a 2018 KLR 650. It's nice having two completely different style of bikes to choose from each day depending on weather conditions, cargo, purpose, and mood.
The CB and KLR are my two bikes as well, very much agree on how nice it is to have the difference of styles / uses.

Agreed. Good combo you have. Although, I found the CB became the "weekend" machine and the daily grind duties went to the other bike.

I wish, I could ride as many days as you do

I have been thinking about getting rid of it for last 2-3 years, but it is hard to let go. I don't ride much, but it sure is a good looking bike

Definitely doesn't hurt to gawk at and pet the CB1100 everyday.
Your spouse might get concerned though.
