Your bike looks great Rboe, lean, purposeful, fast. I have always like Beemers, and liked MotoGuzzi's after 1973 when my brother bought a new 850 Eldorado. Great bike in it's time. Tried to buy a used Breva 750 in 03 but a test ride was it's downfall, gutless, brakeless, a giant step down from my brothers Eldorado. Don't know how Guzzi went so backwards in 30 years. Of course buying a new Guzzi is not even an option as there are no dealers within hundreds of miles of where I live.
Yours looks good though.

I have seen the R9T in person and it is a looker, I can only assume it's a great rider too. I am very fortunate to own both the CB and Griso - not unlike having my cake and eating it too.
Thanks for the tip on photo's, need to give that a whirl.

They all have their proper character. I normally prefer twins, the way they deliver their torque low down in the revs, but they can be a bit clunky in the really low revs. The R9T is quite exceptional in this respect as it manages to remain smooth all the way through, and yet has the twin feeling. The CB is just smooth everywhere, but I do find it feels a bit low on power before the revs get up a bit like any 4 in line. The Beemer always feels powerful.
