Sorry if this has previously been posted. I could not find it with the search feature, so I thought I would post even if I am bombarded with the harshness that can befall anyone that double posts.
Sadly, the author and interviewer, (see link to Fukunaga interview) Kevin Ash was killed in a m/c accident whilst road/trail testing a BMW R1200GS.

Thanks for posting. Fukunaga's comment regarding tire design and fitment is interesting. I guess it's why I'm content to use OE stuff and not try to second-guess the engineers.
