Downtown Pleasanton is a lovely destination place. It has a motorcycle row nexts to the Peet’s coffee. One morning, I parked my CB1100 EX next to a V-Rod and another Harley. Both had after market kits that cost more than my CB1100 EX. Bias that I am, I believe the stock CB100 EX represented itself well! Both owners of the other motorcycles chatted with me about the build quality and were amazed our motorcycles rolled out of the factory with such high-quality components.

2017 Honda CB1100 EX
The most sophisticated, smooth, perfectly engineered motorcycle I've ever owned. A pleasure in every way.

Nice! I dig motorcycle gatherings. Rode the Bonneville down to north San Diego on Saturday to visit Mom. Stopped at the biggest Cars and Coffee gathering on the way down, in San Clemente. It's huge, and in addition to hundreds of cars, there were about 150 bikes. I chatted with many people. No CB1100s however. I knew if I rode mine, it would be an attention-getter, and I'd never get away to look at everything else. I'd be stuck answering "It's a 2013". "Yeah, you don't see these very often." "Thanks, I try to keep it clean." "Yeah, I like the red color too." The Bonnie is pretty, but there were enough of 'em that mine didn't attract more than a few "Nice Triumph" comments.
No doubt you were answering a few CB1100 questions!

You know what? I actually would like a pickle.
