I just recently discovered that you can buy replacement liners for you helmet ... what a concept 
Anyway, got one from CycleGear for my 2 year old Scorpion R710 and installed last night. OMG .. what difference. The old padding was very worn and had really compressed. For under $40 bucks ... can't beat it.
