You don't want to shovel my driveway lol ... you don't even want to use a big snow blower ... I use a Honda ATV w/blade. Even then it's a chore

Ferret, your resume backed by pics and equipment has been accepted and you landed a winter job in Canada, where I live.
Will provide food, accommodation, plus cash...and one free motorcycle maintenance, p&l included.
Let me know your arrival time, please..TongueBig Grin

I'm 67 and was looking to have an exercise routine to keep me in riding shape. Do a lot of work around house and garden, no problems yet.
My son sent me a link to this exercise with kettlebells, the Turkish Get-up is the exercise that really help, Light weight to begin and 30 minutes ,not to bad. Starting out was a pita Dodgy

May help looking into it! I've got the book also " "Kettlebell Simple and sinister" by Pavel.

Whoa, wait a minute now. The ferret hasn't been given permission to interview with other clubs. This all comes as a shock to me.

I have to get back on the stick with fitness. My wife is a geriatric nurse practitioner, and keeps telling me "I deal with people in their 70s who didn't take care of themselves. I don't want us to be like that!" Since I work in outdoor events that usually involve a ton of physical labor, pushing, pulling and dragging things, I normally get a lot of exercise. The gang of us who do this work are the "I ain't got time to bleed" type. But this year, with a furlough, being down with COVID for a month, and fewer events, I can feel myself getting pretty squishy.

This Saturday is the "L.A. Great Walk", which is a 16-20 mile hike across downtown L.A. Normally it's no sweat, but I'll bet I'll be sweatin' a lot this year. But, I'm gonna do it, and hope that it kicks my butt into doing more exercise, since my next events aren't until February, unless the world blows up before then.

Post-apocalyptical provides almost assured opportunity to lose weight (sans the pine box), and maybe get more fit.

Of course the downside is the decreasing supply of good gasoline for the CB1100.
