I'm in the same boat 'undecided' between kh & Daytona café. How's yours on long rides? Over 100 mi ride yet? Any others here have this one or the Daytona?

Since I no longer have the Dart Flyscreen, I figures this is a good opportunity to update my thread to reflect my latest mods. First, I'll respond regarding my saddle.

I generally find it comfortable. I've unfortunately gained probably 30 lbs since I bought it and it isn't as supportive. Also, I know my extra weight is affecting my general comfort on the bike. I have good days and not so good days riding. How I sleep has a lot to do with that, as well. I really liked it when it was new and now it is simply ok. I have been considering getting a Corbin for extra support, bit sat on a CB1100 with a Corbin and didn't like how it was shaped. I'll stick with what I have for now and really try to get back in shape. That's a lot cheaper than buying new stuff. The seat does hold me in place better since the base pan is a lot stuffet. You don't slide into the tank like on the stock saddle.

With my windscreen, I switched to the larger Dart Marlin for more wind protection. I love it how it works and looks.

I have also made some ergonomic changes to help with the afformentioned comfort issues. I needed to stretch out a bit, so I installed adjustable footpegs and slipped the handlebar risers around.

I think that selling your seat to me, for an extremely discounted price, and buying yourself a new one is a MUCH better idea!
