It seems to be all digital, with special service access. Only not LED versions of CB1100 are available in a PDF of a physical book versions.
Man, that's really a shame if true. While this move would no doubt likely save an entire forest given the size of Honda's manuals, I'm of the opinion (despite my obvious Honda bias) that no one puts together a better service manual than Honda. At least no other manual that I myself have encountered comes close anyway. The service manuals for my CB1100 and my S2000 are treasured items on my bookshelf.
Even if you can't manage to obtain a print version of the CB1100 specific service manual, the Common Service Manual would still be a highly recommended purchase. It makes for interesting reading on it's own, even if you're not working on your motorcycle, lol.
The two manuals together make for a hefty sum of information (pictured with a 1:43 scale vehicle that is approximately 1" tall by 4" long).
By comparison, the service manual for the S2000 (a 2 volume set) is truly massive.

Don’t forget that Mrded is in the UK and printed manuals are not available in Europe, for whatever reason.
Most of our members over there order them from Helm or get a member in the US to order one and ship to them.

Does anyone have a working link to download the CB1100 SA/EX 2013–2017 Service Manual in PDF?
I can’t find any live links, everything is down. And when I try to buy it, it’s either out of stock or they charge me more for shipping than for the manual itself—if they even ship it to my country...
I think I’m going to ask at my local Honda dealer as well.

Cannot remember what I paid, but I would be helpless putting the DLX together without one and servicing my EX!
