Although i have not seen the bike ( 2014 cb1100 ) in question it apparently adopted this misfire under light load ( driving sedately ).
is it possible that one or both cams are out by some teeth?
All i know is the bike apparently has had it's first service ( valves etc ) done recently.
So before i go and have a look i was wondering if anyone had a similar experience on any type of bike with this symptom.

Missfire at low load is usually related to the lambda probes giving wrong data to the ECU.
However, I'd check spark plugs first, as it is cheaper
Wrong timing on cams would be too evident to just cause a missfire at low load.

General info::
Check spark plug-gap/wire/coil first as suggested above = yes

= if valve is too tight, it will cause unstable idle/miss, bit "better" at higher rpm, prolong driving = burnt valve
Is MIL on or any DTC set ? YES or NO, not maybe or do not know = scanner tested!!
DRY compression and cylinder leak down tests if mechanical issue (wear, valve timing off)
How it was before checking valves???

If somebody has been inside the engine, there is a whole world of possible screw ups. Bring it back to the shop.
