It's a KandH:Solo seat ,S-1404A1:CB1100 from Japan. Mr. T (Samurider.com) one of our forum sponsors, shows it on the website.
The bike came with it, and the Chic design fenders (along with the original Honda seat and fenders). Also included was the Road Comet cockpit fairing, shop manual, and oil filter.
