Joola, Here is what I did;

Pull the right side cover and remove your air cleaner, Inside the airbox up front and to the right of the opening is the hole that the PAIR valve sucks air from. All I did was insert a rubber plug into this hole and presto, no air to inject into the exhaust ports and NO POPPING.

Here is the link for the header, it's on page 2 of Takashi's site.

Going to be around $800 for the polished unit.

As for the TSR cover, I am looking to "uncork" the motor. The cover looks nice and I don't have to modify the stock lid

The motogear header sans cat, K&N filter, TSR airbox cover, Staintune muffler and PC V should yield some great results. I have also blocked the PAIR valve, which has eliminated the decel pops. Then it is off to get a dyno map made.

I anticipate positive results.

I'm looking forward to seeing what your bike dynos with those mods. I think it will make 100 hp.

That's my goal Space. I will post the results once the dyno is done and share the PC V map as well.

Oh, More props to Takashi, He is sending me 4 new Honda crush
gaskets with the Motogear header, on his dime.

He gave me a two week delivery time on the header. Since I ordered the polished version (Not a big fan of the rainbow look) it has to be made. Will post pics once I receive.
I thought about this system long and hard, but I didn't like the 8-12 week delivery time and I didn't want to loose the Staintune. Still think it is the best looking pipe available.

I just wanted to pipe up to give more dues to Takashi. He is very, very polite and quick to respond. I've placed a couple orders with him now. Great seller!

I agree with previous post, he keeps us informed telling us if something does not fit and very quick with refund if order can not be filled for fitting reasons.
