Hello,
I just purchased a new 2014 Standard after about a year on the fence. Still waiting for the shipping company to deliver, hopefully in about a week. Just wondering what is the best rear carrier to buy? Has anyone gone with a black carrier?

Got this Kijima carrier from another member. Easy to install, and I like the way to looks Big Grin

Get the one from honda, you can buy from Bike bandit. The other off brand rear racks are not rated to Cary more than 10-15lbs. The honda one can handle 30+ lbs easy. If oyu are doing light loads the kimja is good but if you plan to haul some gear get the honda one. Also the honda one works as grab rails too for the passenger.

Is that the chrome one from Honda?
Do you know if it comes in black?

I've had the black Kijima on my 2013 for a year and a half, I've put more than that on it plenty of times. Pick the one you like the looks of most. Unless your putting a huge trunk on it then filling it with concrete, I don't think you'll have any issues. Some paint chipped off mine in the past 18000 miles of road trips and grocery runs, otherwise it's been great.

Personal, I find the the Honda rack ugly, and it's twice the price...
